Our Bespoke Wellness Division delivers specialised wellness solutions and equipment to discerning customers, with projects involving multiple stakeholders, customised requirements, design coordination and professional on-site execution.As our Bespoke Wellness business continues to grow, we are looking for a hands-on, highly driven Project Manager who can take complete ownership of customer installations—from the moment an order is finalised until successful project completion, handover and post-installation support.The OpportunityThis is a role for someone who enjoys making things happen.You will be the person who brings together Sales, Design, Engineering, Procurement, Vendors, Contractors, Installation Teams and the Customer—and ensures that everyone is working towards the same objective:The right product, at the right place, at the right time, installed correctly, to the right quality standard.You will be expected to anticipate problems before they become problems, resolve issues quickly when they arise and keep the project moving despite the inevitable challenges of real-world execution.Key Responsibilities1. Own the Project from Order to HandoverTake charge of projects immediately after order finalisation.Understand the customer requirements, scope, timelines, specifications and commercial commitments.Develop the overall project execution plan, milestones and schedules.Establish clear responsibilities, timelines and deliverables for all stakeholders.Track the project continuously and ensure timely completion.2. Design & Technical CoordinationClosely coordinate with internal Design / Engineering teams on layouts, drawings, technical specifications and site requirements.Ensure drawings and technical details are reviewed, approved and released on time.Identify site-related constraints and technical issues well in advance.Ensure the final installation is aligned with approved drawings, specifications and customer expectations.3. Planning & Procurement CoordinationPrepare material and equipment requirement schedules based on project timelines.Coordinate with Procurement and vendors to ensure timely ordering and availability of materials.Track critical materials, equipment, accessories and site-related requirements.Identify potential procurement or supply-chain delays and proactively find solutions.4.



Site Readiness & ExecutionEnsure the customer site is ready for installation before deployment of teams and materials.Plan manpower, equipment, tools, transportation and installation activities.Coordinate and supervise installation teams, contractors, technicians and other execution partners.Manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously wherever required.Closely monitor day-to-day site progress against the project schedule.5. Quality, Timelines & Customer SatisfactionTake personal ownership of project timelines and installation quality.Ensure installations are completed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.Conduct regular site reviews and project progress assessments.Identify deviations, delays and quality issues and take immediate corrective action.Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the project.Ensure a professional customer experience from commencement through handover.6. Project Monitoring & ReportingMaintain project schedules, trackers, action lists, MIS and progress reports.Conduct regular internal and external project review meetings.Monitor planned vs. actual progress, pending activities, dependencies and critical issues.Escalate important risks and bottlenecks promptly, along with proposed solutions.Maintain proper project documentation and records.7. Handover & Post-Installation SupportCoordinate final inspection, snagging and rectification.Ensure all outstanding issues are closed before project handover.Coordinate documentation, commissioning, demonstration and customer handover wherever applicable.Provide effective post-installation coordination and support.Ensure a smooth transition from Project Execution to the relevant post-sales/service team.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a doer, not just a coordinator.The ideal candidate will be:Diligent and hardworking with a strong sense of ownership.Resourceful and street-smart, capable of finding practical solutions when things don't go according to plan.A strong problem solver and decision maker.Comfortable dealing with customers, contractors,
