Job DescriptionJob Title: IT Infra Support EngineerDepartment: ITWork Location: Sri City, Tada, Andhra PradeshReporting to: Chief Technology OfficerPosition: Full -TimeExperience: 6 Months - 2 YearsEducational Qualification: B.Tech (EEE)Skills: Desktop Support, Network Support (L1), Troubleshooting Hardware & Software, AV System support, Classroom tech support.Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Provide technical support to users, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly.Troubleshoot various technical problems, ranging from network connectivity issues to system malfunctions.Set up and configure desktop hardware,
ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and meets organizational standards.Assist in the installation and updates of computer software and operating systems to ensure optimal performance and security.Offer specialized technical support for classrooms, including the maintenance and operation of AV systems.Document technical issues and resolutions in detail for reporting purposes and future reference.Note: The roles and responsibilities outlined above are not meant to be an exhaustive list of tasks.
