We have been retained to hire a suitable candidate for Middle Level Management of our Automobile client in Uganda.

The candidate must be from the peer Two-wheeler Automotive industry (preferably from reputed brands with good professional management.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the field of spare sale including route sale and be able to plan and execute spare sales in a demand-driven spares market of bikes and tricycles.

He should ideally have the following traits :

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in spare parts or industrial products preferred.
- Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to understand needs, provide solutions, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and order management processes to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer requirements.




- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and maintaining structured records of leads, quotations, and orders.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with a professional and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently on-site, manage time efficiently, and meet targets in a quick-paced environment.
- Relevant educational background in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field; prior experience in a similar sales role is an advantage.

Experience in the African market, preferably in Uganda, would be an added advantage.

The person must be enthusiastic and self-motivated and must be a solution finder.
