Flexera AdministratorExperience: 8–10 Years Locations: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune / Chennai Work Mode: Work from Office currently; Hybrid post project go-live Shift: 2 PM–11 PM; night shift may apply based on project requirementsJob Description: We are looking for an experienced Flexera Administrator with robust expertise in Flexera One / FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS) and Software Asset Management.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister Flexera One / FNMS users, roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards and system configurations.Monitor beacons, agents, inventory collection, data imports and overall platform health.Install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot Flexera beacons and discovery agents.Manage integrations with ServiceNow, BMC, CMDB, ITSM, procurement and cloud platforms.Configure business adapters and validate license, contract, purchase and consumption data.Maintain software recognition, Technopedia mappings, entitlements, subscriptions and purchase records.Support Effective License Position and Product Use Rights analysis.Generate compliance, utilization, optimization and audit-readiness reports.Resolve L2/L3 issues related to scanning, integrations, inventory and data quality
