Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role as a Graphic Designer at Torrocks Defence & Aerospace Communications located in Gurugram. We are looking for a Visual Designer who can turn ideas into stunning visuals. From digital to print, you’ll craft designs that captivate audiences and elevate brands.Key Responsibilities:Design Development:Create visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisementsDevelop layouts, graphics, and illustrations for print materials such as brochures, posters, and packagingBrand Identity & Guidelines:Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual assetsDesign branding elements such as logos, icons, and typography as neededCollaboration & Ideation:Collaborate with marketing, content,



and product teams to conceptualise and execute design projectsTranslate creative briefs into compelling visual conceptsPrototyping & Feedback:Develop prototypes or mockups for presentations and stakeholder reviewsIncorporate feedback to refine designs and deliver high-quality outputsTrend Awareness & Innovation:Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh perspectives to projectsExperiment with recent design approaches and tools to push creative boundariesAsset Management:Organise and maintain a library of design assets and project filesEnsure timely delivery of assets to meet project deadlinesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field3+ years of experience in a visual or graphic design role within an agency or creative environmentProficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and FigmaAI generation using Nano Banana, ChatGPT and other relevant AI toolsPrompting skills for AI image generationStrong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print mediumsExcellent typography, layout, and colour theory skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong attention to detail and a creative mindsetKnowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plusIf you are ready to bring ideas to life through design, we’d love to see your portfolio and discuss how you can make an impact with us.
