The Architect will be responsible for designing and managing architectural projects, integrating sustainable solutions, and creating creative and functional spaces. The role involves working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to develop architectural plans,



oversee project execution, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a commitment to sustainable design principles.LOCATION: Whitefield - BangaloreQualifications3-4 years of working experience in an architecture firm preferred Expertise in Architecture and Architectural DesignProficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and executionWorking knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD. Google SketchUP, rendering software etc.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and critical thinking skillsAbility to work effectively in on-site and team-oriented environmentsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture for an Indian UniversityFamiliarity with sustainable construction practices and materialsKnowledge of climate-responsive and environmentally-conscious design techniquesExcellent communications and team work skills
