Job description:Job Title: Marketplace Ads Executive – Amazon / Flipkart / Quick CommerceLocation: JaipurExperience: 1–3 YearsSalary: Up to ₹3.6 LPAEmployment Type: Full-timeIndustry: D2C / E-commerce / Beauty & Personal CareAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Marketplace Advertising Executive with hands-on experience in Amazon and other e-commerce marketplace advertising. The ideal candidate should have experience managing marketplace campaigns, optimizing budgets, keywords and bids, and improving ROAS, ACOS and marketplace sales.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto and other marketplaces.Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and other marketplace ad formats.Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, bid optimization and product targeting.Monitor ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, impressions and sales.Plan and optimize daily, weekly and monthly marketplace advertising budgets.Identify high- and low-performing campaigns and take corrective actions.Prepare regular marketplace advertising performance reports.Coordinate with E-commerce,



Marketplace and Content teams to improve product visibility and conversionsMonitor competitor activities, marketplace trends and promotional events.Optimize campaigns to achieve sales and profitability targets.Requirements1–3 years of hands-on experience in Marketplace Advertising / E-commerce Advertising.Amazon Ads experience is mandatory.Experience with Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa or Quick Commerce advertising will be an advantage.Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR and conversion metrics.Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / marketplace advertising platforms.Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.Robust analytical and numerical skills.Experience managing marketplace advertising budgets and campaigns.What We OfferOpportunity to work with a fast-growing D2C/E-commerce brand.Hands-on exposure to multiple marketplaces and advertising platforms.Performance-driven work environment.Growth opportunities within the E-commerce & Performance Marketing team.
