As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Data Analyst who can transform raw data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making for both internal teams and our customers.

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to help stakeholders make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with up-to-date BI tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting

- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business performance.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for business improvement.

Business Intelligence

- Design and maintain Power BI, Tableau, or Looker dashboards.
- Create automated reporting solutions for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop visualizations that communicate insights effectively.

Data Management

- Validate data quality and ensure accuracy across systems.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries and documentation.
- Work closely with engineering teams to optimize data collection and storage processes.

Customer Analytics





- Analyze customer behavior and business processes.
- Support AI automation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities using data.
- Generate insights to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Collaboration

- Work with business teams, project managers, and customers to understand reporting requirements.
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and clients.

Required Skills

Technical SKills

- Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and advanced spreadsheet analysis.
- Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) or R for data analysis.
- Experience with ETL processes and data transformation.
- Understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Snowflake.

Analytical Skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and business metrics.

Communication Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience working with AI, Machine Learning, or Automation projects.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of APIs and data integration methods.
- Experience working with international customers, particularly US and European clients.
