Megha Bhansali Classes is a Jaipur-based qualified accounting institute training students for ACCA, US CMA and integrated B.Com programmes. We are led by qualified CAs and ACCAs and are growing our online presence to reach commerce students across India.

What you'll own

Social media

- Manage and grow all MBC pages — Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and WhatsApp channels
- Build and run a monthly content calendar: reels, carousels, shorts, student testimonials, faculty clips, result announcements, exam-update posts
- Write captions and hooks that speak to 17–25 year old commerce students and their parents
- Reply to comments and DMs within defined response times, and pass qualified enquiries to the counselling team
- Track reach, saves, follower growth, DM enquiries and cost per lead; share a simple weekly report

Online business development (secondary but important)

- Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google for admission enquiries
- Counselling of leads and follow-up through our CRM
- Support online batch launches — landing pages, webinar/demo class promotion, registration flows
- Assist with SEO blog content and website updates




- Help package and market online/recorded course offerings

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of hands-on social media or digital marketing experience (education, edtech or coaching institute background is a plus)
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Comfortable with Canva and a basic video editing tool (CapCut, Premiere Rush or similar)
- Good written English and Hindi; able to write clean, non-cringe copy
- Understands numbers — can read an analytics dashboard and explain what changed and why
- Self-starter who can ship content consistently without daily supervision
- Graduate in any stream; commerce background helpful for understanding our courses
