BIM ArchitectFull-time | Work From Office | Kolkata, West Bengal | 3+ Years of ExperienceCompany DescriptionSalient is a multidisciplinary design practice working across architecture, landscape, interiors, urban design, and master planning.We are looking for a BIM Architect with solid architectural understanding, technical proficiency, and experience in developing and coordinating BIM-based project workflows.Role DescriptionThe BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing architectural BIM models, coordinating multidisciplinary information, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across project documentation from design development through execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage architectural BIM models across different project stagesPrepare coordinated drawings, details, schedules, and construction documentationCoordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP teamsIdentify and resolve model clashes, documentation issues, and coordination gapsMaintain BIM standards, model accuracy, and consistency across project deliverablesQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent)Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
