Key Responsibilities (Fresher Level)Monitor and support IBM Sterling B2B Integrator / Sterling File Gateway environmentsAssist in troubleshooting failed file transfers, mapping errors, and connectivity issues Work with logs and dashboards to identify root causes Assist in testing integration workflows, map changes, and small configuration changes in staging/pre‑production.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.Be available for shift/rotational (24/7)
