The company focuses on nurturing creativity, critical thinking, and confidence in students through interactive and relevant learning experiences.Role Description The Art Teacher – Online will deliver live, interactive virtual art classes to students of various ages and skill levels, using digital tools and online platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and teaching lessons that foster creativity, guiding students through painting and other visual art projects, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development. The role also involves adapting curriculum materials for different age groups, maintaining an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment,



and communicating with families or guardians about student progress when needed. This is a remote contract role, requiring reliable internet access and comfort with online teaching technologies.Qualifications Strong instructional skills in Teaching and Art Education, with experience engaging diverse learners in an online environment.Ability to design structured learning experiences through Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development tailored to various age groups.Practical expertise in Painting and other visual art forms, with the ability to demonstrate techniques clearly and safely via video.Familiarity with virtual classroom tools and learning platforms, and comfort using technology to deliver interactive lessons.Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, Education, or a related field, or equivalent qualified teaching experience.Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills, with a commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive teaching.Prior experience teaching children or teens, especially in online or hybrid formats, is highly beneficial.Availability to teach during after-school hours or weekends, depending on student schedules.
