We work with early stage startups and growing companies, several with cross border structures across India, the US and Singapore, across accounting and compliance retainers, company secretarial support, financial and tax due diligence, incorporation, and Virtual CFO engagements.We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team in a leadership capacity, someone who can own client delivery, manage relationships, and mentor the team across engagements.ROLE OVERVIEWAs a Manager, Chartered Accountant at Bloomtree, you will lead delivery across accounting, compliance, due diligence, and Virtual CFO engagements for a portfolio of clients. You will manage client relationships directly, review the work of semi qualified accountants and accounts assistants, and contribute to proposals and engagement letters.This is a leadership role that demands technical depth, ownership of client outcomes, and the ability to manage multiple engagements and team members at the same time.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTeam CoordinationSupervise and coordinate daily work with Articles and junior employeesDelegate tasks effectively and ensure quality output across the teamMentor Articles through practical training and structured reviewsConduct regular team check-ins to monitor progress and resolve blockersCompliance ManagementEnsure all statutory and regulatory compliances are tracked and completed on timeMaintain a compliance calendar covering GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC,



and other applicable filingsFlag risks proactively and implement corrective actions before deadlinesStay updated with amendments in tax laws and regulatory requirementsWork Allocation & PlanningProactively manage work allocation across team members based on capacity and priorityPlan workloads in advance to avoid last-minute escalationsIdentify bottlenecks and optimize workflows for effective deliveryClient CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for clients across all their engagementsCommunicate clearly and professionally on all client tasks, deliverables, and timelinesBuild and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and proactive updatesUnderstand client requirements and translate them into actionable internal tasksMIS & ReportingPrepare and deliver timely Management Information System (MIS) reports to clients and managementEnsure accuracy, clarity, and relevance of all financial reports and summariesAnalyze data and present insights that support client decision-makingManagement CommunicationAct as the point of contact between the firm's management and clientsProvide regular updates to management on client work status, escalations, and team performanceMaintain clear documentation and communication trails for all engagementsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORQualified Chartered Accountant2 to 4 years of post qualification experience, ideally in a CA firm or consulting environmentStrong technical grounding in accounting standards, GST, income tax, and company lawExposure to cross border transactions, FEMA, or due diligence work is preferredAbility to manage multiple client engagements and junior team members at the same timeStrong client-facing communication and drafting skillsProactive mindset, able to identify and resolve issues before they escalateCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSCTC: INR 12,00,000 to 14,00,000 per annum, based on experience and interview performanceHealth insurance coveragePaid leave as per company policyDirect exposure to cross border client engagements across India, the US and SingaporeHOW TO APPLYSend your CV and a short note about yourself to [email protected] with the subject line "Manager CA Application".
