Our solutions power mission-critical workflows across telecom, urban governance, logistics, infrastructure, and retail, combining deep geospatial expertise with up-to-date cloud-native engineering.(A) JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Software Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will be PMP-certified, possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and have proven experience managing complex projects across cross-functional teams.(B) JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of software projects Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX, DevOps, and vendors Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Coordinate with stakeholders, clients,



and senior management Manage change requests and scope adjustments effectively Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (for Agile projects) Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries Ensure compliance with organizational processes and governance(C) QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field PMP Certification (Mandatory) 6–10 years of total experience in the IT/software industry Minimum 4+ years of hands-on project management experience Proven track record of delivering software projects successfully Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps) Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPREFERRED SKILLS Experience managing enterprise or large-scale software implementations Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Vendor and stakeholder management experience Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contract management Experience in client-facing roles Key Competencies Leadership & Team Management Stakeholder Communication Risk Management Decision Making Conflict Resolution Time & Resource Management
