Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Pharmacovigilance Associate (Freshers) based in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Chennai. The Pharmacovigilance Associate will support the collection, review, and documentation of adverse event reports and safety data for pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities include preparing clear and accurate case narratives, performing quality checks on case files, and assisting in regulatory submissions and safety reports in accordance with global pharmacovigilance guidelines. The role involves collaborating with medical, regulatory, and coding teams; maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes; and adhering to standard operating procedures and compliance requirements. The associate is expected to participate in training programs, meet productivity and quality targets, and contribute to continuous process improvement.QualificationsOnly Freshers are eligible to apply.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Pharmacy or Life Sciences, with a degree such as B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc or M.Sc in Life Sciences,
or an equivalent qualification.Candidates should possess skills in Narrative writing and medical documentation to prepare clear, concise, and clinically accurate case summaries.Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to review case data, verify completeness and accuracy, and ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance standards.Candidates should possess understanding of Regulatory Affairs to support compliance with global and local pharmacovigilance regulations and reporting timelines.Candidates should possess Medical Coding skills, preferably familiarity with MedDRA or similar classification systems, to accurately code adverse events and related medical information.Candidates should possess solid attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking abilities, and good written and verbal communication skills in English.Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office tools, and ability to work effectively in a remote, structured, and deadline-driven environment.Prior internship or academic exposure to pharmacovigilance, clinical research, or regulatory processes is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
