Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Head – Qualified Services from Payments or Fintech world to lead the program management and delivery function across our global services portfolio. This leader will ensure smooth, high-quality, and customer-centric delivery of professional services engagements balancing operational rigor with flexibility and collaboration.

The role demands a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being hands-on, able to lead teams, manage complex enterprise programs, and drive alignment across solutions, advisory, and technical functions.

Location: India (North America Portfolio Oversight) – Pune /Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Operational Leadership

- Define and drive the global delivery strategy for professional services, aligning with business and customer success objectives.
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle: from scoping and planning to execution, governance, and handover.
- Establish delivery governance frameworks (stage gates, risk & issue management, decision logs, change control) that enable cross-functional alignment without bureaucratic overhead.
- Ensure proactive monitoring and course correction, with transparent executive reporting and forward-looking insights.

2. Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Senior Project Managers / Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, and excellence.
- Drive resource planning, capacity management,



and utilization across portfolios to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Coach teams to adopt a solution-partner mindset collaborating closely with advisory and solution leads to deliver value-driven outcomes.
- Champion continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across projects and teams.

3. Customer Experience & Program Delivery

- Act as the delivery lead for strategic and enterprise accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experience and measurable business outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with key clients, serving as the escalation point for delivery execution and governance.
- Use feedback loops, retrospectives, and health checks to drive continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Solution teams to ensure delivery outcomes drive adoption, ROI, and customer retention.

4. Financial & Risk Management

- Own delivery KPIs including utilization, margin, forecast accuracy, and profitability.
- Manage delivery financials, monitor burn rates, scope impacts, and forecast variances.
- Partner with Finance and PMO to maintain financial discipline and reporting accuracy.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks through proactive governance and stakeholder communication.

5. Cross-Functional Partnership & Influence

- Act as a bridge between delivery, advisory, and technical teams—driving alignment, removing friction, and ensuring cohesive execution.
- Partner with Sales and Pre-sales to validate scope feasibility, estimate delivery effort,



and set realistic expectations.
- Participate in executive business reviews (QBRs) and steering committees, translating delivery risks and insights into business impact narratives.

Qualifications & Experience

- 20 years of overall experience, 12–15 years in professional services delivery, consulting, or program management - ideally in SaaS, digital transformation, or fintech/payments environments.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing PMs / Sr. PMs or equivalent roles in a services organization.
- Proven experience overseeing large-scale, cross-functional global delivery portfolios.
- Deep understanding of program governance, financial management, and customer success metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to balance process discipline with adaptability, and to collaborate effectively across matrixed, multicultural teams.
- Strong stakeholder communication and executive presence - Fiable to simplify complexity and influence strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in delivery tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, PSA systems, MS Project).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications preferred.
