Job Responsibilities

- Drive the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycle on Darwinbox, including goal setting, quarterly reviews, annual appraisals, calibration, and cycle closure.
- Configure and maintain PMS workflows, timelines, forms, and rating scales within Darwinbox.
- Track PMS progress by following up with managers and employees on pending goals and reviews, highlighting delays, and escalating where required.
- Schedule and coordinate performance review discussions and one-on-one meetings between managers and employees.
- Guide employees and first-time managers on goal setting, self-appraisals, and feedback to ensure quality submissions.
- Troubleshoot PMS-related system issues and coordinate with the Darwinbox support team for timely resolution.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, learner assignments, and completion tracking.
- Coordinate training calendars by scheduling sessions, sending invitations, and tracking attendance.
- Follow up with employees and managers to ensure timely training nominations and course completions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for training-related queries and provide guidance on learning and development initiatives.
- Track training effectiveness through completion reports, feedback, assessments, and maintain L&D; MIS reports.
- Act as the internal SPOC for Darwinbox, managing platform administration, employee data, workflows, user access, and system configurations.
- Coordinate with the Darwinbox vendor support team for system upgrades, bug fixes, and new feature implementations.




- Develop and maintain SOPs and user guides for Darwinbox processes.
- Conduct periodic data audits to ensure employee records and system data remain accurate and up to date.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and exit formalities through Darwinbox.
- Manage payroll operations by sharing attendance, leave, new joiner, exit, and PMS-linked variable pay inputs from Darwinbox.
- Address employee queries related to payslips, salary deductions, and payroll discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, organizational hierarchy, and reporting structures within the HRMS.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience administering Darwinbox — mandatory, ideally across multiple modules (not just PMS).
- Familiarity with any LMS platform.
- Comfortable coordinating meetings, following up persistently, and having light coaching/guidance conversations this isn't a purely back-end role.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Good communication — daily interaction with managers and employees, not just report-running.
- Organized and deadline-driven; able to juggle multiple parallel cycles (PMS, LMS, HR Ops) without dropping balls.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- 1–2 years in HR Operations/PMS/L&D; roles, ideally with Darwinbox or similar HRIS exposure.
