We are looking for a Scriptwriter – Contractual who can create engaging, high-retention scripts specifically designed for children’s content.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging and entertaining scripts for BabyBillion’s kids’ content.
- Develop stories, concepts, dialogues, characters, and narratives that appeal to young audiences.
- Create scripts that are simple, engaging, age-appropriate, and easy for children to understand.
- Write content with strong hooks, engaging storylines, and effective pacing to maximize viewer retention.
- Work closely with the creative, production, and content teams to develop and refine scripts.
- Incorporate feedback from the creative team and make revisions quickly.
- Research trending kids’ content, formats, themes, and storytelling techniques.
- Adapt existing concepts and formats into fresh and engaging scripts.
- Ensure scripts align with BabyBillion’s brand guidelines and content standards.
- Deliver scripts within tight deadlines in a rapid-paced content production environment.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in scriptwriting, content writing, storytelling, or a related field.




- Strong storytelling and creative writing skills.
- Excellent command of English/Hindi and strong dialogue-writing abilities.
- Understanding of children’s entertainment and what keeps young audiences engaged.
- Ability to write simple, clear, and entertaining narratives.
- Strong sense of pacing, humour, character development, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple scripts simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in YouTube, kids’ content, animation, short-form content, or entertainment will be preferred.
