Position: Network & Infrastructure Engineer

Job Objective

- To ensure stable, secure, and highly available IT infrastructure across all NMTronics locations by managing network infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, collaboration platforms, endpoint management, and user technology services.
- The role requires a technically strong qualified who can manage enterprise IT operations, support business users, implement infrastructure improvements, and ensure seamless IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

-Network & Infrastructure Management

- Manage and support LAN/WAN infrastructure across multiple locations.
- Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, routing, switching, and TCP/IP networks.
- Manage wireless networks including corporate and guest Wi-Fi.
- Perform Wi-Fi coverage surveys and optimize wireless performance.
- Support internet connectivity, ISP coordination, redundant links, and SLA monitoring.
- Participate in infrastructure projects including office setup, branch expansion, and server room implementation.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.

-Firewall & Network Security

- Configure and manage enterprise firewall solutions such as SonicWall/Fortinet.
- Manage VPN services including SSL VPN and Site-to-Site VPN.
- Implement security policies, IPS, access controls, and network security best practices.
- Monitor security events and troubleshoot connectivity and security issues.

-CCTV & Physical Security Infrastructure

- Manage CCTV network connectivity and troubleshooting.
- Support NVR systems, camera connectivity, and remote monitoring.
- Coordinate with vendors for CCTV maintenance and enhancements.

-Systems Administration & End User Support

- Provide technical support for Windows 11 desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.
- Manage laptop deployment, imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Handle hardware, software,



driver, and BIOS-related issues.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and daily IT requirements.
- Manage network printers, drivers, and print policies.

-Endpoint Management & Security

- Manage endpoint enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
- Deploy device policies and security controls.
- Monitor patch management and device health.
- Ensure endpoint security standards are maintained.

-Collaboration & Video Conferencing Support

- Manage and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and Google Meet Rooms.
- Configure and troubleshoot Poly/Logitech conferencing equipment.
- Support cameras, microphones, audio systems, and meeting room technology.

-IT Asset Management & Documentation

- Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records.
- Manage laptop allocation, warranty tracking, and AMC coordination.
- Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
- Document IT processes and troubleshooting procedures.

-Monitoring & Service Management

- Perform infrastructure monitoring and uptime tracking.
- Identify and resolve performance issues proactively.
- Maintain operational reports and service documentation.

Nice to have experience on:

-Microsoft 365, Azure & Identity Management

- Administer Microsoft 365 services and user accounts.
- Manage Azure AD / Entra ID identity services.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune policies and device management.
- Support Microsoft Defender security features.
- Manage user access, password resets, MFA, and Conditional Access policies.




- Ensure identity and endpoint security compliance.

-Google Workspace Administration

- Manage Google Workspace user accounts, licenses, and groups.
- Support Google Drive, Google Meet, and collaboration services.
- Manage Admin Console settings, security controls, and MFA.
- Support shared mailboxes and access permissions.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure and operations.
- Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, and switching.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with firewall technologies such as SonicWall/Fortinet.
- Knowledge of VPN technologies and network security principles.
- Experience with Windows 11 administration and desktop support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Knowledge of endpoint management and security practices.
- Experience supporting video conferencing solutions.
- Basic understanding of CCTV networking.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

- CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge.
- Experience managing multi-location enterprise IT environments.
- Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies.
- Experience with network monitoring tools.
- PowerShell scripting or IT automation experience.
- Experience with IT service management processes.
- Strong vendor coordination and project execution skills.
