The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in C# and Unity and a proven track record of building and scaling large-scale, high-quality games.You will work closely with game designers, artists, product teams, and engineering teams to design, develop, optimize, and deliver engaging gaming experiences used by a large player base.Senior Game Development EngineerRole DescriptionYou will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering major game features and systems using C# and Unity. You will play a key role in building games from the ground up, improving performance and scalability, and solving complex technical challenges across gameplay, UI, platform systems, and live-service environments.We are looking for engineers who combine strong technical expertise with a passion for games and can take ownership of features and systems from concept through production.Key OutcomesBuild and deliver large-scale games and game features using C# and Unity.Design and develop scalable, high-performance gameplay and game systems.Contribute to games from early development through launch and live operations.Improve game performance, stability, scalability,



and overall player experience.Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate game concepts and requirements into high-quality implementations.Take ownership of complex technical challenges and deliver reliable solutions.Contribute to engineering best practices, architecture, code quality, and development processes.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain gameplay and core game systems using C# and Unity.Build and optimize large-scale games with a focus on performance, scalability, and stability.Develop features from scratch and take them through design, implementation, testing, debugging, and production.Work on gameplay mechanics, UI systems, tools, platform integrations, and other core game components.Analyze and resolve complex technical and performance issues.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of professional experience in game development.Strong hands-on experience with C# and Unity.Proven experience building and shipping large-scale games.Strong understanding of game architecture, gameplay systems, and software engineering principles.Experience developing and optimizing games for performance and scalability.Experience working on games from the ground up or on major game features.Robust debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Experience working in cross-functional game development teams.Good understanding of performance profiling and optimization techniques.Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects and features.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.Location: BangaloreMode: Hybrid
