Job Description: Technical Program Manager (Hackathons & Innovation Challenges)Position: Program ManagerLocation: Noida, UP, India (On-site)Type: Full-TimeThe roleYou are the single point of ownership for every program you run — end to end, from pre-launch kickoff to the final debrief. Not the coordinator of it: the owner. Scope, the client relationship, and the final call all sit with you.What makes this role different from a conventional program management role is where the ownership comes from.You will be the trusted partner for our clients and the central hub for all internal teams, ensuring that every hackathon is delivered flawlessly, on time, and within budget. This role is for a natural leader who thrives on structure, excels at communication, and has a passion for turning ambitious ideas into reality.What you'll ownTechnical program design. Problem statements, evaluation criteria, judging rubrics, and tech-stack fit. You decide what a good submission looks like and defend that standard to clients and juries.End-to-end program ownership. Multiple concurrent programs from post-sales handover through delivery and debrief. Scope, objectives, timelines, and resourcing are yours to define.The client relationship, post-sales. Primary point of contact once sales hands over. You set expectations, manage change, and are the voice on technical scope and feasibility — including on what isn’t deliverable.Strategic program architecture. You build the blueprint. Defining objectives, resource allocation, and timelines is your domain. You ensure every component is technically sound and logistically viable before a single line of code is written.Internal cross-functional bridge. You lead the charge across Marketing, Operations, and SME teams. You are the glue that keeps diverse internal stakeholders aligned and focused on delivering a cohesive product.Risk and quality gatekeeping. Spotting friction before it happens.



You own the mitigation strategies and maintain a relentless standard for the participant experience and final deliverables.Scope and fiscal discipline. You hold the line on the budget and the agreed-upon roadmap. Using rigorous verification, you ensure we deliver exactly what was promised without slippage.External partner synchronization. Managing the ecosystem. You direct third-party vendors and partners to ensure their contributions integrate seamlessly into the live event execution.Documentation and executive reporting. Maintaining the narrative of progress. You provide clear, direct visibility on milestones and technical hurdles to both clients and our leadership team.Jury and participant experience. Recruiting and briefing evaluators, running the judging process with rigour, and making sure the experience holds up for developers and students who chose to spend a weekend on it.What you'll needDeep technical fluency. You can hold an architecture-level conversation with a client, a jury, or a partner without escalating it. You can read a submission and judge whether it actually works. Hands-on coding is not required — credible technical judgement is non-negotiable.Experience. 4–7 years in program or project management in a technical workplace — technical program management, developer relations, solutions or pre-sales engineering, or an engineer who moved into program work. Enterprise clients somewhere in that history.Domain expertise. Working knowledge of the domains we run challenges in — AI/ML, cloud, and data at minimum. Enough to tell an ambitious problem statement from an unworkable one.Enterprise client-facing strength. Polished, direct, and comfortable holding a line on scope with a senior stakeholder who wants more than was agreed.Organisational discipline. Several programs running at once, each with its own client, timeline, and jury. Detail matters and slippage is visible.Developer and student community instinct. You understand what makes a hackathon worth entering, and what makes participants disengage.
