Position Title: Sales Manager – Flexible Packaging

Reports To: Sales Director – India, FB & LAB

Position Summary

Main Responsibilities

• Regularly update the business plan based on deep knowledge of industry structure and

trends, customer structure and needs, local competition, complete local market

analysis and group level product strategy. Capability, patience and perseverance to

grow and develop a customer to a prospect specially in MSME Segment in B2B sales.

• Develop strong relationships as a trusted advisor with all customers. will be responsible

to achieve the sales target set for the region.

• Define the promotional needs, plan and organize local exhibitions, seminars and

product presentation/promotion.





• Constantly watch for new trends and evolution. Report the business situation

appropriately and periodically.

• Developing professional business relationships at all management levels. This can be

done both externally and internally.

• Preparation of the market, industry, and competitor data analysis.

Critical Skills and Personal Attributes

• Must have worked in front line Sales in B2B, preferably in SME/MSME segment.

• Candidate must have exposure to the Versatile packaging / converting industry, North

India

• Good command on English (Written and Spoken) and strong presentation skills

• Must be ready to travel extensively.

Education and Experience

• Diploma/bachelor's in engineering and/or MBA Mktg

• Having minimum 7+ years of experience in selling Engineering equipment, High value

• Printing/Packaging machines, Process, Utilities, Consumables

• Plant or equipment like Boilers, Dairy plants, End of Packaging line Solutions.
