Role Summary: -
The TCoE Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, governance and delivery of testing services.
The role will coordinate across Bank stakeholders, application teams, infrastructure and security teams, third-party vendors and TCoE resources to ensure timely and quality delivery of Functional, Automation, Performance and Security Testing services.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Prepare and manage the overall TCoE project plan, milestones, resource allocation, dependencies and delivery timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Bank & ApMoSys teams, application owners, OEMs and third-party vendors.
- Govern the complete testing lifecycle, including requirement analysis, test planning, test design, execution, defect management and test closure.
- Manage Functional Testing, Test Automation, Performance Testing, Security Testing, API Testing and Integration Testing engagements.
- Coordinate application onboarding, environment readiness, access, test data, build deployment and interface availability.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly project reviews and publish status reports, dashboards and management updates.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams comprising test leads, functional testers, automation engineers, performance testers and security testers.
- Monitor test coverage, execution progress, pass percentage, defect ageing, automation coverage, vulnerabilities and performance observations.
- Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution, retesting, closure or formal risk acceptance.
- Track project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies and define appropriate mitigation and escalation actions.
- Ensure adherence to Bank’s SDLC/STLC processes, SLA, information-security policies, contractual requirements and regulatory expectations.
- Support audits and Bank reviews by maintaining complete project documentation, traceability and compliance evidence.
- Drive process standardization, reusable test assets, quality improvements and productivity enhancement across the TCoE.

Required Experience and Qualifications: -
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- MBA, PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or ISTQB certification is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in software testing, IT delivery or project management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing testing or quality-assurance projects.
- Experience in managing a Testing Centre of Excellence or large enterprise testing engagement(preferred)
- Strong knowledge of banking applications, testing governance, stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
- Experience managing Functional, Automation, Performance and Security Testing teams.
- Strong presentation, data analysis and representation skills
