- We are looking for an experienced Temenos T24 Developer & Functional professional with strong hands-on expertise in T24 development, customization, production support, upgrades, and functional analysis. The ideal candidate should have experience in banking applications, capital markets, securities trading, and integration with external systems.
- - Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain banking applications using the Temenos T24 platform.
- Customize T24 core banking modules based on client-specific business requirements, workflows, and business logic.
- Develop and manage integrations between T24 and APIs, payment gateways, external databases, and third-party applications.
- Work extensively with T24 architecture, COB, local customizations, and T24 upgrades.
- Develop and maintain applications using jBASE, InfoBasic, TAFJ, TAFC, Unix/Linux, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Handle T24 version upgrades, including R17 to R22 and similar Rxx-to-Rxx upgrades, across TAFJ and TAFC frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve T24 application issues, ensuring minimum downtime and system stability.
- Implement software updates, patches, enhancements, and new T24 versions.
- Perform data extraction, migration, database optimization, and performance tuning using Oracle/SQL Server.
- Identify application bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve scalability and performance.
- Conduct functional and technical testing to ensure applications meet business and non-functional requirements.
- Provide production support, bug fixes, enhancements,



and ongoing maintenance for existing T24 implementations.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for T24 customizations, integrations, configurations, and processes.
- Ensure applications comply with relevant banking regulations, security standards, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, functional teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of solid Temenos T24 experience in development, production support, and/or functional roles.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of T24 architecture, COB, local customizations, and upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of jBASE, InfoBasic, TAFJ, TAFC, Unix/Linux, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with T24 version upgrades and migration activities.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg Asset and Investment Manager (AIMS), Execution Management System (EMSX), and Fixed Income & Derivatives Execution Management System (TSOX).
- Experience with capital markets/securities order management systems, including buy-side, sell-side, brokerage, or trading platforms.
- Robust understanding of Fixed Income, Bonds, and Securities Trading.
- Knowledge of FIX Protocol 4.x.
- Experience in application integration, troubleshooting, production support, and performance optimization.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with a combination of Temenos T24 technical expertise and functional/domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Securities Trading, or Banking will be preferred.
