Hiring: Medical Coder / Senior Medical Coder

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: General Shift

Experience: 13 Years

CTC: Up to 7.8 LPA

Notice period : 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

- Review patient medical records and assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes.

- Apply CPT, ICD-9-CM, HCPCS, and AMA coding guidelines.

- Ensure accurate coding for appropriate reimbursement.

- Perform quality checks and maintain coding accuracy.

- Handle coding denials, appeals, and MIS reporting.

- Ensure compliance with client and information security requirements.

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Postgraduate (Science).

- CPC or CCS Certification is mandatory.

- 13 years of Medical Coding experience.

- Experience in any one of the following specialties: Neuro, E&M; + Cardio, Ortho, IVR, or E&M; + Surgery + Cardio.

- Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology, Anatomy & Physiology, CPT, ICD-9-CM, HCPCS, and AMA Guidelines.

- Positive communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
