- End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and occasional IT positions.
- Understanding client requirements and managing hiring mandates.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
- Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates Independently.
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ensuring timely closures and maintaining recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong exposure to Non-IT hiring.
- Consultancy Exp must in different sectors.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Valuable sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable laptop/computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.
