TIFC is the authorised distributor in India for prestigious international fitness brands including Precor, Gym80, ZIVA, Assault Fitness and PaviFLEX, and also operates its own fitness brand, CRUX.Through its Bespoke Wellness Division, TIFC has expanded into the rapidly growing wellness sector, offering Spa, Salon and Recovery solutions through partnerships with renowned international wellness brands.Headquartered in Mumbai, with Regional Offices in Gurgaon, Bangalore and Hyderabad, TIFC has a pan-India presence.LOCATIONWe are looking for an experienced, highly organised and hands-on Accounts Manager who can take ownership of important Accounts, Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, Banking & Treasury and Insurance responsibilities.This is not a narrow Accounts Payable role.We are looking for a skilled who has a strong overall understanding of the complete accounting function, combined with significant hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, overseas vendors, international remittances, banking and trade finance.The successful candidate should be someone who can work independently, take ownership, follow through on commitments and ensure that important financial activities are completed accurately and on time without anything falling through the cracks.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Accounts Payable & Vendor ManagementManage the end-to-end Accounts Payable and payment operations.Process and monitor domestic as well as overseas vendor invoices and payments.Handle overseas vendor outstanding, reconciliations and payment follow-ups.Manage vendor/customer reconciliations, rebates, reimbursements and related accounting.Ensure proper documentation, approvals and accounting of all payments.Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Warehouse and other departments to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.2. Banking & Treasury OperationsManage day-to-day banking and treasury operations.Coordinate matters relating to Cash Credit (CC), Bank Guarantees (BG), SBLCs, Term Loans and Fixed Deposits.Coordinate with banks for routine as well as transaction-specific requirements.Prepare and monitor daily cash-flow statements and fund-utilisation reports.Monitor available funds and upcoming payment commitments.Ensure timely bank reconciliations and accurate accounting of banking transactions.3. Letter of Credit & Trade FinanceHandle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, lodgement and discrepancy resolution.Coordinate with banks,



overseas vendors and internal teams for LC-related matters.Handle documentation relating to import/trade finance transactions.Ensure timely settlement and closure of trade-finance-related transactions.4. Overseas Remittances, Forex & BOEManage overseas remittances and related documentation.Coordinate with banks for international payment transactions.Handle Bill of Entry (BOE) settlement and related records.Monitor overseas vendor outstanding and ensure timely settlement.Handle and maintain proper documentation relating to Forex transactions.5. Insurance – Company & DirectorsTake ownership of the Company's complete insurance portfolio.Manage policy renewals, quotations, negotiations, documentation and premium payments.Coordinate with insurance companies and brokers to obtain appropriate terms and coverage.Maintain an effective Insurance Master and Renewal Calendar.Ensure that no policy expires without timely action.Coordinate insurance requirements relating to the Company as well as its Directors.Assist in insurance claims, documentation and follow-up wherever required.6. Accounting, Compliance & AuditMaintain accurate and systematic accounting records.Ensure appropriate accounting and documentation of transactions.Have a sound working knowledge of GST, TDS and other applicable statutory requirements.Coordinate with auditors, consultants and other professional advisors.Provide schedules, documentation and information required for audits.Support timely month-end and year-end closing activities.Ensure accounting processes are compliant with internal controls and established procedures.7. Process Improvement & Financial ControlsIdentify gaps in existing accounting and finance processes.Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, checklists and reporting systems.Introduce systematic trackers for recurring activities, payments, renewals and compliance deadlines.Continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of Finance Operations.Ensure proper documentation and audit trails are maintained.8.
