Company Description Soft Hear Speech Hearing & Vertigo Clinic is a private, independent practice specializing in diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology and speech therapy services. The clinic offers comprehensive prevention, assessment, and management for individuals with speech, language, hearing, communication, voice, swallowing, tinnitus, and balance (vertigo/dizziness) disorders. This environment offers healthcare professionals the opportunity to work closely with diverse patient populations and develop advanced clinical skills.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Audiologist role based in Gurugram. The Audiologist will conduct detailed hearing assessments, including pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, impedance testing, and other diagnostic procedures for patients across age groups. Daily responsibilities include interpreting test results, explaining findings to patients and families, and recommending appropriate interventions such as hearing aids, assistive listening devices, or auditory rehabilitation programs. The role involves fitting, programming, and verifying hearing devices, providing counseling on hearing conservation and communication strategies, and collaborating with speech therapists and other clinicians on integrated care plans.



The Audiologist will maintain accurate clinical records, ensure adherence to ethical and clinical standards, and participate in patient education and community awareness initiatives.Qualifications Strong clinical skills in audiological assessment and diagnosis, including pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, impedance/auditory testing, and tinnitus evaluation.Experience in hearing aid selection, fitting, programming, real-ear verification, and follow-up management of hearing devices and assistive listening technologies.Competence in vestibular and balance assessment, basic vertigo management protocols, and coordination of care for dizziness and balance disorders.Skills in patient counseling, aural rehabilitation, and communication strategies for individuals and families dealing with hearing and speech-related challenges.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting with speech therapists and other healthcare professionals, while maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation.Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Audiology or Speech and Hearing, with appropriate professional registration or licensure as required by local regulations.Solid ethical orientation, attention to detail, and commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.Good interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in using audiology equipment and related software, and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
