As a collaborative mediator, Oye Creators works to build long-term partnerships between brands and creators, enabling scalable, measurable growth.Role Description The Vice President Sales (Influencer Marketing) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Pune City, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s client base. This role oversees the sales function for influencer marketing solutions, including developing and executing sales strategies, managing high-value client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, structuring proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and operations to deliver effective campaigns. The Vice President will also implement sales processes, monitor performance metrics, optimize sales operations,



and provide regular forecasts to senior leadership. This position plays a key role in shaping the go-to-market approach and ensuring strong alignment between brand needs and creator capabilities.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Strong Account Management and Business Development skills, including building and nurturing long-term client relationships.Experience in Sales Operations, such as pipeline management, forecasting, and process optimization.Background in influencer marketing, digital advertising, or media sales is highly beneficial.Proven leadership abilities, including team building, coaching, and performance management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with comfort engaging C-level stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and campaign performance to inform strategy.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.Ability to work in office in Pune City and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
