Strategy Manager

Experience: 7-10yrs

Location: Chennai preferred.

LTTS is looking for a Strategy Manager to join the Digital Manufacturing Practice. This role sits at the intersection of account strategy, large deal origination, and executive-level content creation — shaping and supporting large deal pursuits across marquee manufacturing accounts in automotive, aerospace, truck & off-highway, industrial products, plant engineering, and medtech.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7–10 years in strategy, solution consulting, business development, or pursuit management within engineering services / manufacturing technology
- Solid grasp of at least 2–3 of: PLM, MES, digital twin, industrial automation, IoT, AI/analytics in manufacturing contexts




- Proven ability to build executive-ready presentations and structured business cases
- Experience with large deal pursuits ($1M+ TCV) and multi-stakeholder deal cycles
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfort presenting to senior client and internal leadership

Preferred

- Prior exposure to analyst relations processes
- Domain experience in automotive, aerospace, truck & off-highway, or industrial products manufacturing
- Track record of moving from execution-focused delivery to owner-level deal orchestration
