Position Title: Workday HCM
Experience : 3 to 5 years
Location: Bengaluru
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute all Supervisory Organization (Sup Org) changes in Workday, including creation, modification, inactivation, and restructuring activities.

Process and maintain organizational hierarchy updates, manager changes, cost center changes, and reporting line modifications.

Ensure accurate and timely updates across multiple HR and business systems/tools.

Validate data quality and ensure consistency between Workday and downstream systems.

Generate, analyze, and distribute headcount reports, workforce metrics, and organizational dashboards.

Support organizational restructuring projects,



mergers, acquisitions, and business transformation initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and data privacy requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in Workday HCM, preferably in Organization Management.
- Strong knowledge of Supervisory Organizations, Organizational Hierarchies, and Workday Security concepts.
- Experience managing large-scale organizational changes and restructures.
- Advanced reporting and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
