We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives (XFE) to promote and sell Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field activities and local market visits.
- Promote Airtel Xstream Fiber plans and explain product benefits.
- Convert leads into successful broadband connections.
- Complete KYC and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with the installation team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience preferred.
- Telecom/Broadband/FMCG/Banking experience preferred.
- Bike and valid Driving License are mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field work.
