Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the real estate sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle leads, site visits, follow-ups and client negotiations.
- Guide team members to improve sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with channel partners, developers and internal teams.
- Track daily team performance and prepare sales reports.
- Ensure smooth conversion from lead generation to booking.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader / Sales Manager is an advantage.
- Solid communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to manage a sales team.
- Good knowledge of Navi Mumbai real estate market will be an advantage.
