nWe are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Technical Consultant with 5+ years of Workday technical experience and hands-on expertise in Workday Studio (mandatory). The ideal candidate should be Workday Certified and have robust experience in Workday integrations, reports, security, and Core HCM processes.

nKey Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and PICOF.

- Build and maintain complex Workday Studio integrations with third-party systems.

- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
n
- Configure and support Workday Core HCM business processes.
n
- Manage Workday security roles, domain security, and integration security.
n
- Troubleshoot integration failures and production issues.
n
- Support Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities.
n
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and external vendors for integration requirements.
n
- Participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects.
