- Create a protected, caring, and engaging classroom environment that supports young childrens overall development.
- Plan and deliver play-based, age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the early childhood curriculum.
- Conduct creative activities including storytelling, arts & crafts, music, games, and outdoor play to encourage learning and creativity.
- Monitor and assess childrens social, emotional, cognitive, and developmental progress, providing individual support where required.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children’s progress, behavior, and development.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff to support classroom activities, events, and a holistic learning experience.
Preferred candidate profile
- ECCED / Montessori / D.Ed / NTT certification or diploma from a recognized institute.
- Prior experience as a Pre-Primary/Nursery/KG Teacher will be preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, classroom management, and child-handling skills.
- Passionate, patient, caring, and enthusiastic about teaching and nurturing young learners.
- Ability to create a creative, stimulating, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Female candidates below 45 years of age with a genuine passion for early childhood education are preferred.
