We are looking for a Business Development Executive with robust telecalling and sales experience to join our growing team.
Location: India – Remote
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
Experience: 1–3 years in Telecalling / Telesales / BDE / Inside Sales
Working Hours: Saudi (KSA) time
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers
- Update lead/CRM records and prepare sales reports
Requirements
✅ Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
✅ Strong telecalling & convincing skills
✅ Proven sales/lead-conversion experience
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✅ Comfortable working with Saudi-based customers
