· Proactively manage customer enquiries with primary focus on sales order conversion
· Coordinating with Production and Stores team for material availability and update all the stakeholders
· Effectively manage the in-bound call process – addressing queries, preparation of quotation, seek customer approval, and facilitate the creation of sales orders
· Attend to the walk-in customers and guide thru the sales process
· Generate relevant reports on sales metrics
· Solid communication skills
· Excellent inter-personal skills
· Proficiency in managing enquiries and sales process
· Knowledge of SAP
· Proficiency in MS Excel
· Sales order conversion rate
· Timely addressal of enquiries
· Customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
