About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, references, digital enquiries, and other sources.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain courses/products/services clearly and professionally.
- Convert leads into successful admissions/sales.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle customer queries
- Participate in promotional activities, events, campaigns, and other sales initiatives.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on performance.
- Contribute to achieving overall team targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development preferred.
- Proven experience in telecalling, counselling, direct sales, or lead conversion will be an advantage.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Candidates with experience in the education/training industry will be preferred.
