Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to join our team at our Thrissur office. The candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, financial documentation, and general office accounts support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and update financial records and accounting documents.
- Handle sales and purchase invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and other routine accounting tasks.
- Monitor and maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices and payments.
- Assist the accounts team in preparing reports and statements.




- Support the preparation of documents required for audits and statutory compliance.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

✔ Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience
✔ Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
✔ Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office
✔ Experience with accounting software will be an advantage
✔ Good attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Robust organizational and time-management skills
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
