Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-sales roles across different functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage candidate communication, feedback, offer rollout, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with business teams to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for non-sales functions such as HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Tech, Customer Support, etc.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals and ATS/HRMS tools.
Preferred: Experience in a rapid-paced startup or EdTech environment.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
