WORK DETAILS

Shift Timing: 24×7 Rotational Shift

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Week Off: Rotational Week Off

Mode of Interview: Virtual

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage a team supporting German-speaking customers while ensuring service excellence.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics to achieve business goals.
- Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and regular team huddles.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and process compliance standards.




- Prepare operational reports and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS

- Minimum 1 Year of Team Leader experience in German Process (Mandatory).
- German C1 Certification is Mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Robust leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
