The Fire & Safety Officer is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining fire prevention and safety measures to ensure a protected working environment. The role includes compliance with statutory safety regulations, conducting safety drills, and training employees on fire and emergency procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with fire safety norms, local laws, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire-fighting equipment (fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, sprinklers, etc.).
- Identify potential fire hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Organize and conduct fire drills, evacuation drills, and safety training programs.
- Prepare and maintain fire safety reports, inspection records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with local fire authorities during inspections and emergencies.
- Investigate fire incidents, near misses, and prepare incident reports.
- Ensure proper signage, emergency exits, and evacuation routes are maintained.
- Guide employees, patients, visitors, and contractors on safety protocols.
- Monitor contractors compliance with fire and safety requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
