Preferred Candidate Background

We are especially looking for candidates with experience in:

- Rainwater Gutters
- Roofing Sheets
- TMT Steel Bars
- Steel Tubes
- Pipes & Fittings
- Building Materials
- Construction Product Sales

Candidates with dealer, contractor, or builder network connections in Ernakulam will have added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit dealers, contractors, builders, engineers,



and project sites regularly
- Generate sales and expand dealer network across Ernakulam
- Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects
- Promote Besguard products through field visits and demonstrations
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to market growth
- Coordinate with the sales team to strengthen brand presence

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in field sales
- Experience in construction or building materials industry preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle fieldwork independently
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
