A dynamic Sales Manager for a reputable Real Estate client based in the Ambala region. We are looking for a strategic leader who can drive property sales and mentor a high-performing team.

Core Objective

The Sales Manager will lead, coach, and mentor a team of agents to meet or exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, monitoring market trends, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring all transactions meet legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, onboard, and train sales agents. Provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance and conversion rates.

Sales Strategy & Targets: Establish clear sales objectives, perform forecasting, and develop innovative strategies to increase total sales volume.

Performance Management: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management.





Client Relationship Management: Lead high-level negotiations, build lasting relationships with key clients, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence: Maintain deep knowledge of local real estate trends, competitor activities, and regional regulations.

Operational Oversight: Oversee marketing initiatives and manage the end-to-end closing process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3–7 years in Real Estate sales or consulting, with a proven track record in a leadership or managerial role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Leadership: Robust ability to motivate teams and drive results through excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
