We are looking for a enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will craft high-quality hot and cold beverages, deliver warm customer service, and maintain an organized café workspace.

Key Responsibilities

- Beverage & Food Preparation: Dial in espresso, steam/texture milk for espresso drinks, brew drip coffee, and assemble specialty beverages according to recipe standards. Serve food items like pastries and sandwiches.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, explain menu options, make personalized beverage recommendations, and process payments accurately via POS systems.
- Operations & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean counter space, wash utensils/pitchers, restock supplies, sanitize tables, and follow health/safety guidelines.
- Equipment Care: Clean and assist with basic maintenance of commercial espresso machines, grinders,



and brewing tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not required).
- Prior experience in a café or customer-facing food service environment is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, manage order volume, and stay calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work adaptable shifts, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
