About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager – Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance for employees across the organisation. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, compliance, payroll MIS and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of End-to-End Payroll Processing
Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & TDS
Hands-on experience in Full & Final Settlement




Strong knowledge of payroll MIS and reconciliation
Good command of MS Excel / Advanced Excel
Experience with HRMS / Payroll Software
Strong understanding of statutory compliance
Positive analytical and numerical skills
Excellent coordination and communication skills
High level of accuracy and confidentiality
Ability to manage payroll for multi-location employees

Qualification
Bachelors/ Master's Degree in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Finance / Commerce preferred.
