Job Summary

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and overall standards of guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned areas. The role requires attention to detail, good customer service, teamwork, and adherence to the organization's housekeeping and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas.
- Make beds, change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces and fixtures.
- Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged and presented according to hotel standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, lost and found items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies safely and correctly.
- Replenish housekeeping supplies and maintain cleanliness of housekeeping areas.
- Follow proper procedures for handling guest belongings and lost and found items.
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests and complaints.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.
- Follow health, hygiene, fire, and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments regarding room status and guest requirements.
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks within the required time and quality standards.
- Assist with deep cleaning, special cleaning projects, and other housekeeping duties as required.




- Maintain a professional appearance and follow grooming and uniform standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum education: 10th/12th standard or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers may be considered based on the organization's requirements.
- Basic knowledge of English/Hindi or the local language is an advantage.

The Housekeeping Associate will be evaluated on:

- Cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Quality and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Guest satisfaction and service attitude.
- Attendance, punctuality, and grooming.
- Proper use and care of equipment and supplies.
- Compliance with safety and company policies.
- Teamwork and cooperation with other departments.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
