We are looking for a motivated Field Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities, primarily involving field-level hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidates throughout the joining process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through field visits, job portals, references, social media, and local networks.
- Conduct candidate sourcing and initial screening based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, incentives, and company policies to candidates.
- Maintain a database of candidates and regularly update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Conduct market visits and build a strong local candidate network.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain proper documentation and candidate records.




- Coordinate with HR and operations teams for onboarding and joining formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and share regular recruitment reports with the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
- Good knowledge of local areas and candidate markets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Valuable negotiation and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel for field recruitment activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Bulk Hiring: 1 year (Preferred)
- Field Recruitment: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (Preferred)
