Job Summary

Klickedu is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and Zoho Books and should be capable of independently handling accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain GST-related records and filings.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Zoho Books.
- Prepare invoices, payment records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and finance teams when required.




- Maintain organized financial records for audit and reporting purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates should have completed or undergone internship/articleship/training in a CA/CMA firm, OR have prior work experience in a CA/CMA firm.

Ideal Candidate

- Practical exposure to accounting and taxation.
- Good understanding of statutory compliance.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to take ownership of accounting responsibilities.

Candidates with CA/CMA firm experience or internship experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
