Marketing Executive — Software Marketing

Experience Required : 1.5–2 years (strictly in software/SaaS marketing — internships not counted)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus, not mandatory. We value experience and results over the degree.
About the Role :
Pletox Technologies is looking for a Marketing Executive to lead and grow our marketing efforts. This is not a social-media-only role — we need someone with real, hands-on experience marketing a software product, who understands how to build brand presence and generate genuine, high-quality leads that actually convert into business.
You'll take ownership of our marketing function — planning campaigns, running paid ads, creating content, and driving qualified lead generation — with room to bring your own creative direction to the table.
What You'll Do :
Lead and manage Pletox's overall marketing strategy and execution
Plan and run paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Drive performance marketing — tracking ROI, optimizing spend, and improving conversion rates across channels
Create original marketing content (copy,
campaign ideas, visuals direction) with your own creative input — not just executing a template
Plan and run email marketing campaigns — newsletters, nurture sequences, product updates
Manage marketing across multiple channels simultaneously and keep campaigns aligned with business goals
Own software/SaaS lead generation — focused on quality, sales-ready leads, not vanity numbers or fake sign-ups
Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and marketing ROI regularly
Continuously build Pletox's market presence and brand visibility in the HRMS space
What Makes You a Outstanding Fit :
You've actually marketed a software product before — you understand the difference between a lead and a qualified lead, you know how to run a real multi-channel campaign (not just boost a post), and you want ownership over a growing marketing function rather than just following instructions. You're excited about building something from a fairly early stage and shaping how Pletox shows up in the market.
